3 Reasons Your Diet Will Fail

We are all told to diet. There are so many options with so many gurus’ to follow.  But I will tell you right off the bat there are 3 reasons your diet will fail.

  1. They are here to make money off your weight gain. Plain and simple… if you fall off you will find another one to get back on and the dieting industry is making a mint off having you on a diet.
  2. You’re told to count calories, fat, sodium, sugars, proteins, and exclude everything else. This is a huge problem because you need calories, fat, sodium, sugar, proteins, vitamins, minerals, water, air, sleep, and exercise. You just need it in balance.
  3. You are nutritionally deprived and don’t even know it. With all these diets they do a great job on teaching you on how to eat correct portion sizes but you really need to supplement also. We are no longer getting the vitamins and minerals that we were once getting from our food.

If you want a diet that you will lose weight on, it will require some effort on your part. You are going to have to exercise, because you need to be moving. Diet alone will not help you lose weight. But what you put into your body is going to help you get moving.

Find a diet that will help you eat right and supplement. Go out and walk for 30 minutes, we have TiVo, and digital recording for you to watch later. Go our and walk around the block.

Words of advice on supplementing … pills only have a small absorption rate. Liquid or powder form is the better way to supplement. Otherwise you are just throwing your money away.
