No Longer Suffering with Menopause Symptoms or Depression

After recovering from surgery for endometriosis, Albania was plagued with menopause symptoms, depression, and constant diarrhea. Find out how the Reliv nutritional products changed her life.

I always tell people that the human body is organic. We feel better when we eat right and exercise. When we are taking medications they are not always natural but synthetics and most of the time our body doesn’t really know what to do with it. We mask one symptom to have another show up. Food is what nourishes the body and without it we don’t live. Reliv has patented nutritional products, proven safe and effective. All products come with a 30 day money back guarantee.

  1. one of my menopause symptoms in the past was migraine which i got on a regular basis which normally i had to go to bed as the pain and sickness was so bad. After the migraine went i felt drained and a buzzing feeling in my head and ears lasted until the next day. I went to my doctort and he said i had hormonal migraine due to the menopause which could last some time. In the last year or so i have not a single migraine glad to say i started to take feverfew tablets and i have found them very good for my problem as it is said they open up the blood vessels in the brain which if they close to much can cause migraine and bad headaches but migraine are not just headaches they are far worse and can really make your life a misery i know i had them for long enough at least 10 years pain killers do not always help either i found and could make matters worse sometimes.

  2. For those ailing from hot flashes, avoid having searing food like hot soup, on a frequent basis. One may opt for side-salads as an alternative to soups for appetizers, for instance. Snack on fruits or vegetables that have been kept in the refrigerator or sip on some cold water could aid in keeping down hot flashes.
